I’ve had the delight to visit the famous countryside Laulasmaa SPA hotel and its restaurant Wicca and been offered some excellent meals.
In usability perspective It gets interesting when visiting the restaurants lavatory and trying to figure out how to get soap to wash your hands. Since when you are close to the water tap and washing your hands you can only see the mirrors and no hints of the availabe soap are visible.
Now to find what you need is to bow down and visually check and learn the location of soap box and its working mechanisms. The solution may be visually pleasing but its an ergonomic nuisance.
