Norwegian airlines started its email campaign for cheap flights with a link from its email newsletter (“Autumn sale is on” image area) to a broken web page.
Following image represents the campaign page which was not found when the campaign started. Concerning newsletters broken links are more than often visiting the customers who dare to check the offers.
After some hours Norwegian fortunately managed to make the link to work as follows:
Take away from this is that when creating the campaign you should ask someone outside your company IP-domain to check if everything works fine or not. Then there are less surprises.
