I was a bit sceptical when installing the Swedbank’s banking APP but to my surprise the simplicity with what the bank has adapted its core services on mobile is quite outstanding.
A few things to like about it:
- The simplicity of starting a payment via choosing the sum and then getting a list of already made payments before authentication is initiated.
- The buttons on the dashboard which are well-sized to be easily accessible, the list of choices which is well-formed and the authentication need which is well-indicated via “lock” icons.
- The almost instant vibration notification and a message on your phone’s lock screen received after any transaction from or to any of your accounts in the bank.
- The quick overview of your account balance by swiping your finger downwards on the dashboard view.
